Guest reviews highlight several concerns, with cleanliness being a major issue; multiple guests reported bugs, unpleasant odors, and poor room upkeep. Service also received negative feedback, particularly regarding rude or unhelpful staff at check-in and during breakfast. The location is generally seen as convenient, though some mention safety concerns or noise. On the positive side, several guests appreciated the comfortable beds, and breakfast was mentioned frequently, though opinions were mixed. Overall, while there are some positives, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean room
Cons (-) Carpets worn, elevator needs work,
Cons (-) The building is in disrepair. I had wall paper pealing throughout the room, water damage that was not taken care of as mold growing on the ceiling as a result. People who would smoke outside, their smoke would ventilate into the room.
