The lobby of the hotel was nice. Pool area was OK until around 2pm when the sun was blocked by the hotel. Gym was good - lots of free weights and machines and always empty. Beach is only 150m away, however this is dirty with cigarette butts and bits of rubbish everywhere. Old-town (about 10 - 15 minutes walk) is very nice, especially at night.
Where do we start! First off this is not a 5-star hotel. Only the lobby area feels nice, the rest of the hotel is 3-star at best. Arrive at the hotel, no door staff, no welcome, then key card won't work, no light outside room. The facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. Nothing is open! Bar upstairs closed, pool bar looks like it was never opened, grill bar is closed, seating area upstairs run-down, sun is blocked by the hotel after 2pm, sauna area looks dirty, shower gets blocked every time. Food is awful (apart from breakfast which is standard). Not accomodating for anyone with different dietary requirements - no non-dairy milk for coffee at the bar, only 1 vegan option for evening meal, so we never ate in the hotel after the first night even though we went half board. The area also doesn't feel like a tourist area and feels a bit run-down, although the old town is very nice - stay there if you can! All the photos attached are of areas not opened or are run-down.
Needs revamping otherwise drop to four star prices. Especially the pools and the pools areas. Beds are not comfortable with bumpy pillows. Internet access is not an easy task. The dinner is definitely not for a five star hotel.
A lot. All the rooms are scruffy , the carpets are old with stains, the staff lie, the WiFi is horrible, never worked. We had to go to lobby to connect. None of the staff smiles especially in the restaurant. Spa area stinks
Nice location, close to the beachfront. Nice amenities.
Nothing in particular.
Frankly, nothing- it is overrated hotel for sure no five stars worth. The rooms a spacious but that is all!
The staff is lazy and not enough! The last two days our room wasn’t cleaned! The dirty cups of coffee were not taken away for two days. The staff was rather worried to not get in somewhere without paying but to serve you properly. The smell in the hallway was awful. The bars were not working, the pools were not properly cleaned and etc. Don’t do a mistake booking here!
