2.3We liked nothing as the hotel was nothing like the description on the website. The staff were friendly but that was it.
The hotel did not fit the description on your website! It has absolutely no sea views - there is an entire city block between it and the waterfront. The plumbing was extremely noisy as was the street outside. The fridge was unusable as when we plugged it into the power it made a noise like a pneumatic drill! At the price it is easy to find much better hotels in Bulgaria.
