Pros (+) We loved staying there. The staff was very responsive and friendly. The room was very,very comfortable.
Cons (-) I didn't like paying extra for items that should have been included, such as beach chairs. The $29.00 resort fee should include a beach chair to sit in!

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and had decent facilities. However, the spave and staff were nkt on par with other places we've stayed.
Cons (-) A lot of the staff are younger kids and communicate and behave as though you are a disruption. The girl who checked us in was busy giggling with someone on the radio, the boy handing out pool towels appeared annoyed he had to hand us towels. When tou work in the hospitality industry at a place that wants to be high end, the people hired should be just as dedicated to the cauae as those managing.
