The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the car was infested with roaches and they didn’t notice, or say anything. I returned iit two hours after renting it and the team was incredibly nice and understanding but didn’t have a replacement of comparable size to lend me

Hertz allowed my reservation to be made at a time when their office was closed. So I never got the car, spent 3 hours on hold on the phone and they refused to immediately give my money back. If I could give five negative stars I would. Never doing business with this horrible company again.

management was rude, the car needs to be serviced the brakes where bad, no gas when I picked it up I almost didn't make it to the gas station, the car was suppose to be clean my son found a smoked cigarette in the back seat even though there are signs inside that clearly say $400 fee for smoking in the car. I will not rent a car from there again I will go somewhere else
