Avis really got it wrong with me. First, they confirmed vie e-mail and text message the reservation at a rental location not too far away from my house. I was dropped by an uber at the location, only to discover it was closed because of COVID 19. There was no one there to help and I was stranded. I called their helpline and it took me 30 minutes to talk to a real person. He tried for a while to look for an open location to change the pick up. He finally found a car that matched my reservation at an airport 40 miles away, at a higher rate. He promised to honor my initial rate. At this point I’m almost two hours off my schedule, taking into account the time it would take me to take an uber to the location. I arrived at the Airport to discover that the pickup location had been mistakenly changed by the customer service guy to a different airport - nearly 70 miles away from where I was. And the cherry on top of the pie... the representative in that location got me a car, but didn’t honor my initial rate. What a HORRIBLE experience - I WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN.10.0 Wonderful

The smelled of smoke Flight got changed and it was very difficult to get reimbursed. Had to pay four times as much to rebooked a smaller car.2.0 Poor

Staff is rude and unable to tell me the day before my reservation if they would have a vehicle. Use EnterpriseCons:
Competent staff to verify vehicle availability for my reservation. If I make a reservation my plans depend on that vehicle. Felt like a real life Seinfeld episode.2.0 Poor

I did not know there was on site rental at the Jacksonville Airport when I booked the rental so I was charged extra to pick up and drop off the car at the airport which was not the quoted price.
