No Wi-Fi the entire trip Despite booking a flight that said it had Wi-Fi
After the long flight from Paris and a 4-hour layover I was more than ready to complete the last leg of my journey. We waited a few extra long minutes to ensure everyone’s bags were onboard which I didn’t mind but….😉. Would definitely choose Delta again.
The bus ride from the terminal to board the plane is uncomfortable and stressful when making a connection.
Pros: "Wouldn’t know about the crew. Short flight and didn’t see them enough to comment"

Pros: "The crew had an amazing personality. They definitely enhanced my experience"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away."
Cons: "No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers."

Cons: "Could always use a wider seat. I just hate having my hips touching a stranger for the whole trip."
Cons: "It felt like the flight attendant had a long day. Chairs weren't super comfortable."

Cons: "Flight crew begging for good score/rating. They literally did nothing. No service. No nothing. Why would you get a 5 when you literally did nothing. Maybe a 3 at best. But pleading for a 5. Sorry. You get a 1"

Cons: "We changed planes in Calgary, and we could have used better signage. Half of our flight got lost and ended up in the wrong gate. We all had to quickly backtrack. Thankfully we had enough time, but if our next flight had been earlier, we could have lost our connection."

Cons: "the checked luggage took over an hour to arrive at the carousel. ZERO communication. Other flights arrived after ours and all their baggage arrived and they all left while we stood. No information. No explanation. Poor"

Cons: "Lack of food for long haul flight. Had to pay to eat. 43 dollars and only able to pay with debit/credit card rather than cash"
Pros: "The flight crew were nice and efficient and the aircraft was clean. The food selection was not bad: more vegetarian options would be nice. The flight itself was smooth and I felt safe."
Cons: "Our flight from New York to Toronto was 45 minutes late. It was due in part to unbelievably poor organization: we couldn’t hear the person telling us which section was boarding, there was no clear line up and only one person slowly checking our boarding passes. Almost late for connecting flight."
Cons: "Sat in Plus. Horrible service. No hot towels. Had to ask for 2nd drink and was refused a coffee and Baileys with at least an hour left in flight. No snacks offered or served. The attendant spent most of her flight hiding in her seat and reading a novel. Brutal!"
Pros: "We got stuck in a line up to check in and the line was over 2 hours long and by the time it was our turn, it was too close to departure ( an hour to go) and they wouldn’t let us board so we didn’t get to take our flight at all."

Cons: "While we were waiting to board, we heard an announcement by American Airlines, allowing currently serving military members and their families to board with the VIPs. I think that is wonderful idea!"
Pros: "The staff at the airport in Cancun are amazing! Wonderful service from the time you enter the terminal till you are checked in and through security. The flight on WestJet was excellent."
Cons: "Getting through YYZ is horrible. Two CBSA clerks checking the customs forms at the exit of the baggage area (twelve pickup areas). Really? Get a grip CBSA."
Pros: "I didn’t like the crew on board .. everyone else was good, there was a flight attendant on my flight very rude, I asked if it was possible to get an additional snack, and she looked at me, she told me something that I didn’t understand , she placed an extra snack on my tray.. then she picked it up and took it away from me … that was extremely rude .. I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"
Cons: "You need to provide a better customer service to your passengers, you need to train them and evaluate them to treat passengers with respect, if they have a job it is because we people use your airline not the other way around"
Cons: "Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet."

Flight was delayed due to rain/storms. But then the incoming plane was diverted to another city to refuel, instead of coming to Toronto. The next available flight was not for 2.5 hours later, forcing me to miss my connecting flight to Casablanca in Montreal. Other flights to get me to Casablanca would result in me missing over 1/2 of my scheduled meetings. I had to rebook the entire trip to September. Not surprisingly, I just read an article that Canada has one of worst on-time departure records in the G7. Little improvements over the past year. Another Liberal failure...
They ran out of food entree and the other option was pork which many people don’t eat.
They lost our bags and two days later have not found them.
I could feel the knees of the person behind me in my lower back for 15 1/2 hours. The. Seats were small and space was tight. People were nice. Coffee in the morning was in a small cup and half full and they never came around again.
When a person pays 500 $ for one way ticket that person should have better seat not the seat before the bathrooms.🤔🤨
Overall experience is pretty good but quality of the food should be improved.

This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online."

Cons: "This particular flight had little leg room for me (6 ft tall). Also, my wife had to check her carry on but on the prior flight she did not. I would prefer never checking bags."

Cons: "The Wi-Fi entertainment was a complete joke. This was the first time that I used it but the speed of the connection was intolerable. I was only able to watch 22 minutes of a movie on a 2 hour flight due to buffering. Also, the gate agent never announced my boarding group. It was only because of the monitor that I knew I could board."
