Ran out of coffee the first morning. we waited 1/2 hour still no coffee. 2nd morning waited for silverware never did get. Eggs tasted funny didnt eat. Fruit looked old. Pros: Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I love the design.
Cons: I booked on booking.com. When i walked in, the door was locked. I had to pick up the phone to connect me to front desk for them to unlock the door. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Over the phone she asked me multiple times if I had a reservation as if she didn’t believe me. I finally get to the front desk and she said she can’t find my reservation in her database. She asked me when did I make the reservation. I responded and said “not too long ago”. She says “OK but WHEN did you make the reservation, like today?” I said “not too long ago!” She went on to tell me that there was nothing she could do for me because she couldn’t find my reservation. She asked how much I paid for the room and I told her. Then she said they weren’t allowed to do walk-in bookings but she could get me a room for more than what I had paid online. She was rushing me to figure out what was going on from my side, saying things like “so what do you want to do now?!” I also felt a little judged because of the tone she used while she was talking to me. Saying things like “I don’t know if you have enough also for the security deposit but we do require a credit card on file”. After being very rude and nasty to me for 10 minutes she finally found my reservation in her database.

Pros: Great friendly staff, beautiful large bathroom, lovely clean room.
Cons: Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, even for a hotel continental breakfast: greasy meat, weird eggs, and cereal. There was a waffle maker, true!
