Guests consistently praised the hotel's staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many found the location convenient for events and travel. Several guests also appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, musty smells, and maintenance problems such as malfunctioning locks, TV remotes, and air conditioning. Some guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast quality or lack of complimentary options. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, cleanliness and breakfast offerings were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
