Pros (+) The manager was very friendly and accommodating. Felt safe as a solo woman traveller. Location was great. Easy walk to small marina, eateries and Alert Bay ferry. Small little table and decent view across the parking lot to the water.
Cons (-) Room was dated, but comfortable enough with basic amenities. Barely lukewarm water for shower. No heat or plug in bathroom. My room was over the liquor store, so it was noisy until 11pm - especially so when you want fresh air and windows open in a stuffy room. After 11, it was quiet.
