Pros (+) Every time we stepped out of our room, there was someone there to help us... I asked for some extra towels, and felt terrible, as the woman RAN down the hall...even though I insisted there was NO hurry!!! The pool was lovely. The room was comfortable and spotless. The staff was kind and answered all our questions. They arranged a taxi to the nature park, and our shuttles to the airport were great!
Cons (-) We only had one robe... The bathroom had NO door? They said it was meant to be that way... and offered to bring us a screen...we declined, but it was a bit odd.
