Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful views. Many appreciated the quality of the food, especially breakfast, and found the rooms to be clean and spacious in some cases. However, several guests noted ongoing renovations, construction noise, and some outdated facilities. Issues with cleanliness, room allocation, and slow or inconsistent service were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere, attentive staff, and convenient downtown setting stood out for most visitors.
