Upside: nice large screen TVs, despite the room being pretty small all the little things were well organized and efficient it was t a detriment The Bad: First room had an access panel that was hanging above the shower with a dirty tub. Second room the bed sagged quite a bit it was difficult for either of us to sleep. You had to validate your parking with the desk everything you went in and out

When we arrived at the Hilton, there was a sign that the hotel was closed and customers were relocated to a different hotel nearby. We trudged over there with all our luggage, only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled and they were fully booked. Pros (+) Hotel is always wonderful.
Cons (-) Due to snow and ice storm I had to cancel. The hotel was fine with it. It was within their 24 hours. Unfortunately, the company I used on kayak stated I would have needed to cancel on the same date that I reserved!!!!! Are you kidding me? Don't reserve through them. They do not care what terms the hotel has.
