Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. However, some guests noted issues with bed comfort and noise, especially in rooms facing the street or near construction. Despite a few complaints about outdated furnishings and lack of air conditioning, the positive aspects of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.
