10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location: within 10 min from main train station Staff: really really nice! They helped me with the luggage, did the laundry for free, offered me a bottle of water when I checked-out, reminded me to be careful when they knew my next stop is Pisa, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner were nice and friendly, they even had helped me to get my clothes washed without intentionally asking. I very much enjoyed the experience of stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved every aspect of our stay especially the host. She and her staff did everything they could to exceed expectations from meeting us at the curb as we got out of the taxi to washing, drying and folding our laundry (at no charge!).
Cons: Nothing...loved everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everthing: beautiful, modern, comfortable room. Very nice and helpful staff, close to city center
Cons: Our room was separrated from the other one with a thin door. Closed but thin. So we were hearing, first TV and later snoring from the other room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Christina and Gulia made us feel so welcomed. They met all of our needs . They exceeded every expectation. They set the bar for the rest of the hotels on our trip. We would definitely go back! Thank you for everything!
Cons: Nothing! Perfect stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and nice interior. I was welcomed by the door and all useful information were given without me even asking for it. They provide me with a map of la Spezia, options how to get to Cinque Terre, print out of train schedules and boats doing the tours. Next day Christina met me in the hall and great me cause it was my birthday. It’s a good atmosphere there and they know how to make people feel comfortable and welcomed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean rooms, 5 minutes walk from train station and close to restaurants and cafes for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend Triangoleria Rizzoli right over the street for cheap and wonderful foccacia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Giulia and Christina are one of the best hosts we ever met. They are very friendly, helpful and gave for us many good advice. The apartmen was perfect. Cozy, well-equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The distance between the Central Railway Station is only 10-12 minutes by walk. And the harbour too. The pedestrian area with shops and restaurants is 3-5 minutes from the apartman.
Cons: Non.

C$ 85+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at I Remi del Prione in La Spezia (La Spezia Historic Centre), you'll be steps from Amadeo Lia Museum and 2 minutes by foot from Piazza Garibaldi.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the middle of town near restaurants and boutiques but quiet at night. Approx. 15 minutes walk from train station and the same easy walk to the boat terminal to visit Cinque Terre. This is not a hotel more like a B&B. The hosts do not live at the apartment. Giorgio and his wife are extremely nice hosts and they gave us all the information about La Spezia and what we needed to know to visit Cinque Terre. The rooms are large, nice and very clean.
Cons: Good to know that the single beds are comfortable but very narrow. Not to recommend for heavier persons. The air conditioning in the bedroom with the single beds did work fine but was too noisy to keep it running during the night. Therefore it was very hot in the room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Giorgio, the host very charming and active. Great Location that allowed us to explore good restaurants, museo, morning market, supermarket. Finding the bus stop to Porto Venere is easy. Heater working well. Air con. Wifi. Extra bottles of drinking water. Facilities are well-provided. Check-in time very flexible.
Cons: I think the bed in my room is too low for a bad knee person to rise up actively.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was amazing and is in the center of La Spezia and very close to the train station (7 min walk). Shops are just around. The host was very helpful! I would recommend that to everybody. It's worth staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value of money and very central position on the main promenade.
Cons: I cannot complain
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Location was perfect and staff was very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't that good, i was hoping something bread roll. Coffee and Juice was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This accommadation was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were hepful and frienfdly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely recommended for everyone who wants to explore Cinque-Terre and stay in the nearest area to the national park. (It is only 8 minutes to Riomaggore by train). The hotel is situated right in the city centre of La Spezia. You can find a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Owners were very friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. There are kettle, cups, tea, coffee etc in the room. Everything is provided. Great value for money. One of the best offers regarding price, location and condition of room. Thank you so much! It was nice and comfortable stay.
Cons: Breakfast could be better. However, it is Italy)) Briosh and good coffee are classic breakfast here, I guess...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: View and the service and location and the tranquility
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing and it was quiet and relaxing. We wish we could have spent more time in the pool and bar are, but there was a private party there that took over.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds, patio and pool. The view is amazing. It was a quiet stay. Everything worked fine and it was in close proximity to major attractions including cinque terre yet it is not in a touristy area itself. We tour Italy for 3 weeks and was about 15 towns staying in about 7 hotels. This place was the best!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Its location and facilities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Located as you go up the mountain. Great view quiet area. We had a car and it was perfect. Without a car will be difficult. The swimming pool was excellent. Restaurant right next door with great local food. Extended my stay there we liked it so much.
Cons: Could have done with a washing machine.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The views are beautiful, the apartments and building are wonderful, the restaurant next door was good. We enjoyed the pool and having Netflix.
Cons: You need a car if you are going to stay here. It cost between 25-30 Euros every time we left the apartment. You can’t walk to anything either. The taxis are not readily available in town except at the train station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view, the bed and the furniture is well
Cons: If driving car, much more convenient, but the neighborhood are so nice to tell us the way
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Firstly, easy and nice check in process (self check in). Then the room itself was great. Very clean. Loved the view and the beautiful apartment which was all modern and new. Our kid loved, I mean, LOVED the swimming pool. And the view from the pool...wow!! Easy to get into town with a car and we used this as our base to visit Cinque Terre. Just wish we had more time there.
Cons: It would be tricky without a car
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had all comfort we needed for a relaxed holiday. In the apartment we occupied, Media C, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped for breakfast and small uncomplicated meals. The bathroom is very spacious with tub and shower. Bed and linen are good quality. The terrace has enough space to still offer privacy although shared with other flats. The pool is a dream and enough deck chairs are available. Although on a second terrace, close to but not directly next to the pool, trees offer enough shade for relaxing on further deck chairs. WiFi and air-conditioner worked without any problems. Huge parking area, never a problem to find space. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. Daily garbage removal and premises in general very well taken care of. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of local wine! Perfect starting point to the Cinque Terre villages and surrounding sights.
Cons: Our experience with MiraMare apartments was only positive! I can unfortunately not say the same for the restaurant next door. Apart from receiving dirty glasses and cutlery, the food and unfriendly service were both very disappointing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Air conditioning did not cope with weather. The location is very difficult to reach without a car. Taxis are not available when a cruise ship is in. We were given the miminmal room when others were available that were less exposed ro rhe sun
Cons: Air conditioning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was magnificent, the patio lovely and the shower was amazing.
Cons: We liked everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Its a renovated old school. Super nice. And with airco. La Spezia itself is not mutch but this location was perfect to visit Cinque Terre and Porte Vernere and other nice places.
Cons: The many stairs. No lift. Also many stairs to the pool

C$ 81+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Lia Rooms in La Spezia (La Spezia Historic Centre), you'll be steps from Gulf of La Spezia and Amadeo Lia Museum.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was in a very central location. Restaurants were all around you and the train stain was only a 10 minute walk, if not less.
Cons: The room was very small and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The accommodation also lacked the essentials such as a microwave and/ or a toaster - resulting in having to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, to which you had to be careful with bring back take away because the fridge in the room is so small you are only able to keep the most necessary stuff in there on top of what is already in there to buy from the accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lia rooms is very comfortable. Every day new towels and the bed is also made every day. From Lia rooms your are very close to the train station approx 5min by foot, which is absolutely good for a trip to Cinque Terre. You are also very close to the inner city where you can find good shop, nice bars and delicious restaurants. We can recommend it absolutely. Thanks for having us.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The decor was very colourful and well thought out. The balcony offered a charming view.
Cons: The parking is difficult and if you have a large car it can prove very tricky. I lost a lot of paint exiting the garage even with the mirrors folded in !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortness and facility
Cons: The wall is a little bit thin so you can hear the sound of the other room but these quite normal in italy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The air conditioning
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent

Cons: a lot of extra fees! parking did not exist
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The staffs there are so nice and super helpful.
7.0 Good
Cons: The parking proposed is only 2m long, so normal car doesn’t fit. And the plan B of the owner is just to recommend you to go to the public parking, which was totally full and we have spend 1h to find a place to park. If you ask to leave your luggage after checkout to enjoy the city before to leave, they will charge you 5euros This flat should not appear in booking but more in AirBnb

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly owners who were very attentive. Maria spoke excellent English, was very warm and eagerly recommended the best places to eat in town. Wi-Fi reception was excellent and the breakfast (vouchers for a local cafe's offerings) was mostly good (just avoid the fruit salad- there were some flies hanging around the outdoor patio buffet).
Cons: The only downside is the smell outside the property that greets you when you walk down that street, but that's not something the B&B owners can control or help much. The location looks a little sketchy when you first see it (the entrance to the inn is at the end of a side alleyway), but it is a very safe place to stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, owners, location.
9.5 Excellent

Owner Claudia a great person to deal with, nothing a problem, Really can't fault this B&B, really lucky to get it.
Cons: Tiny thing no place in the shower to hold your liquids. And if a light sleeper bring ear plugs, market starts early.

Pros: Very clean room with a comfortable bed.
Cons: The breakfast could have been more adequately described on the website. We went in October and the breakfast was an espresso or capuccino and a pastry in a local café.

Pros: Very good location, very helpful personnel (Alex is the best), comfortable beds, big bathroom, room cleaned every day, air conditioning, despite the room is over the train station it is very silent
Cons: The table in the room and the breakfast could be bigger
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, as we travelled by train to/from La Spezia as well as to Cinque Terre. Room was modern, clean & quiet.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast was not enough (just coffee and a piece of pastry)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was its great literally at the station so very convenient as I had an early train next day. Good breakfast voucher the café had great crosants in the morning with coffee /tea
Cons: The Single room I had was fine. Basic good for the night. Rooms are a bit dark with lighting. No lifts in the hotel. Staff very very helpful though with my luggage as there's 3 levels of stairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to train station
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and beautiful spacious clean room. The bathroom very clean. The administrator very helpful and makes all efforts to make you feel happy during the stay, provided a lot of tips for the stay.
Cons: The place does not have restaurant, but a very light breakfast is served across the street.
6.3 Good
Pros: Not much!
Cons: Advice about the number of stairs you have to climb and no lift.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect and convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff. Strong WiFi. Breakfast is fantastic.
Cons: If it actually had offered a room with two double beds for a four-person booking, that would have been ideal and perfect. Providing a makeshift single bed did not make sleeping there any enjoyable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Stuff Alex is helpful when my train from Roma to La Spezia was cancelled. He helped me to check tickets.
Cons: 1. The address on booking is not the same as the address we checked in. Hotel stuff told us that there are three buildings spread over 500 meter on the same street and they took us to the one above the train station. After a noisy night we raised concern and asked refund for part of the room rate but was rejected. 2. The one we checked in was right above the train station and there is strong external noises when train breaks with window closed. There is also strong internal noises from refrigerator and the air con. 3. The hotel claim “breakfast included” on booking but the breakfast was only a piece of bread and a coffee in the coffee shop next door with the coupon given by the hotel. From the receipt by the coffee shop it was 2EURO per person. This is the simplest breakfast we have ever had from hotels we have booked from booking. I don’t think it should claim “breakfast included”. 4. The room facility is at most a 2 star hotel. Quite poor. Over all, the hotel should be rated much lower than the the current one. It made me less trusting the booking rating system which largely influence my choice. In think it is trying to use some of the booking system weakness to mislead customers. If possible, I would like to get half refund. It worth much less than 150 EURO per night. Future customers should ask which room they would get before booking. Or the hotel should list different address with different hotel on booking to avoid misleading customers.
4.5 Okay
Cons: - «Affittacamere Casa Dane» was the most expensive stay per night and at the same time the lowest quality accommodation we’ve met during our 15-day road trip (Milan, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Bologna, Parma etc). The owner seemed to be untrustworthy: On our booking confirmation sheet is declared that private parking is possible and costs13 euros per day, but in person he told us that the cost was 15 euros per day without reason. - No mention that there is no elevator – three flights of stairs (to be considered if you carry heavy luggage) - For the breakfast you have to leave the building and go to a next-door very crowded bar (as it is used mainly by the people going to/ leaving from the train station). The breakfast can hardly be described as a «light breakfast»: One coffee accompanied by a slice of stale focaccia bread or a croissant (according to the receipt it cost 2 euros per person). - Very noisy, as it is situated above the train station. - Misleading photos – in fact the double room is very small.

Located in La Spezia, Ostello Tramonti - Hostel is in the mountains, a 5-minute drive from Cinque Terre Marine Protected Area and 6 minutes from Il Faro. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cosy location and enthusiastic reception staff.
Cons: No full kitchen for cooking own meals (micro and fridge only).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I didn't eat in the hostel restaurant, but I learnt from the neighbors that the restaurant serves good food with good price. Also the hostel has a very good chef. I saw many guests are having food there.
Cons: It takes 40 mins by public bus to get to the hostel from La Speczia. However, it is only 2 km far from Riomaggiore which is one village in Cinque Terre. The hostel has shuttle service which cost 1 Euro(one way), it is excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Personally speaking, the best-looking common room I've seen. Loved the vibe
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners at a resonable price, great shuttle service to/from Riomaggiore
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful!! My trip was perfect because of them.
Cons: Nothing!
4.3 Okay
Pros: The transportation availability was nice.
Cons: The bell kept ringing next to our room which caused lack of sleep, noise of people walking late at night. Location wasn’t close at all. The online website didn’t advise there would be transportation to the hostel. Everything is for tall people such as the mirrors in the bathroom and the room lockers. The front desk were super helpful but took too long to wait for assistance would be nice if there were two.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hostel staff helped me to plan the perfect trip in Cinque Terre! Thanks a lot :) Food in the hostel restaurant was tasty and not so expensive.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, really friendly and helpful staff, the Bistrot has very good food. This place is more geared toward trekking, be aware that it is not in central La Spezia and that getting there at late hours can be hard, they do offer a shuttle service to Riomaggiore, the town where it is located is really peaceful and quiet, this is more of a family friendly hostel
Cons: Limited amount of showers and toilets, aside from trekking there is not a big offer of activities.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ostello Tramonti hostel is situated so close to Cinque Terre national park. Hostel staff was so helpful, they provide buses to Riomaggiore. The restaurant in the hostel was so cosy and the food there was delicious.

Pros: This is clean, value for money, simple accommodation to base yourself whilst you visit Cinque Terra. Giovanna (the owner) made me a cappuccino and brought me a chocolate croissant to wake me up as I was feeling unwell with a head cold - the host was very generous to do this.

Pros: The place of the hotel is perfect. Close to the walking street but still in a silent neighborhood. We got a small room, and was offered a bigger one the next day, very nice.
Cons: We had bought inclusive breakfast, but that ment a croissant, a glass of juice and a cup of coffee in a cafe nearby. Thats not breakfast in our opinion, and we had to by ekstra food

Pros: Great location near the train station and the city centre. Giovanna was very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. Spacious room, comfortable bed.
Cons: Strange noise coming from the bathroom at all hours. Probably bad drainage.

Pros: Good for one night in la spezia. We were able to leave our luggage until the next day which was good
Cons: A bit of issues on the first for the parking but was fixed the next day.
6.8 Good
Pros: The property was close to the train station! Only a 5 minute walk! Easy to jump on the train to head to Cinque Terra.
Cons: Communication at the property wasn’t good. We arrived after telling our check in time, only to have to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in. I tried to communicate with Alex but no reply was given until the night before we checked out. Was very disappointed in the lack of communication.
5.5 Okay
Cons: The location sucks

Pros: The rooms are very clean, Ale and Giovanna are extremely friendly and helpful with tourists. We spent only one night, but it was very comfortable and funny. P.S.: please tell them before if you need parking!
Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Pros: Very good location with great view and short drive to la Spezia for train to 5 Terre. Very good advise from our host too! Recommend!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was lovely the view on both sides of the property was outstanding! The bed was very large and comfy as was the patio furniture. The pool was fantastic with a great view and we had it virtually to ourselves. The buses were on time but you had to buy the tickets in town in a tobacco shop in advance.
Cons: The nearest shop is a mile away so no problem if you have a car but a stroll away if you don’t. I would recommend the owner to supply a proper kettle at the property!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The place and the view are beautiful, the stuff is welcoming and very helpful. Comfortable bed, kitchen. Amazing meat restaurant in 5 min.
Cons: No tea pockets in the room, breakfast options will be a plus
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely place, staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Great location and high standards of cleanliness.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The host was excellent. His advise for experiencing the Cinque Terre and suggesting local gems were invaluable. The pool was awesome with good views. It was quiet in the countryside which allowed major relaxation.
Cons: Some apartments have beautiful views over the bay or mountains. Our studio apartment had a hedge in front of it which blocked the view. However, we had a nice terrace with enough shading in the afternoon which we made use of regularly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant and helpful host, the place is calm and beautiful. There is a possibility to enjoy active attractions and peaceful calmness, the rooms are clean and well equiped.
9.5 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and friendly staff. Nice pool and the surrounding where amazing!
Cons: A bit tricky to get there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view is amazing to wake up to every morning. Pool was great and Andres was a great and helpful host. We had a studio apartment and it was fine for what we needed, AC, kitchen facilities etc. Roof top terrace was great to have dinner on. Kids loved playing outside and splashing in the pool.
Cons: The location was perfect for us as we had a car but you couldn't rely on public transport from here and taxis are €25 one way. Plenty of parking in La Spezia and the trains are very frequent to Cinque Terre and other parts of Italy.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, basic but well organized and clean rooms. Quiet area with very good restaurants, lovely terrace.
Cons: There is very limited bus communication to the hotel location, also it is also hard to buy tickets. The sistance from La Spieza is quite challenging dor walking so you have to rely on buses that do not run frequently. I choose this hotel to visit cinque terre but it wasn't a good idea, it is too far.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: • Charming older hotel with modern conveniences. • Friendly and very helpful night manager. Showed us to room, provided restaurant suggestions. • Wonderful breakfast. • Nice bathroom with modern shower. • Quiet rooms. • Easy parking across from the hotel in private lot at no extra cost. • Avoid ZTL zones in La Spezia.

Pros: Nice and smiling staff Good advices from the reception guys Fair breakfast Enough parking places "Good looking" building Public bus transportation in front of the hotel (we used a car, but there was this possibility) Nice location
Cons: Unfortunately our room had "paper walls" - we could hear people from nearest rooms. Very small bathroom, mainly shower The beds had some plastic bed sheets (like for children?), which was very uncomfortable, also the mattresses were too soft.

7.0 Good
Pros: Good price for A place near cinq terre. Incl breakfast. Bfast is sober but sufficient . Parking near. Room cosy and comfortable
Cons: Room just above the courtyard is noisy as some guest were loud till 1am when I asked them to be quiet. Hotel should inform guests to be silent after midnight. Park only where it is allowed, in the morning we saw many cars with parking tickets, the area is remote, but not for the police ;-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you like rural places, this is an ideal spot in Italy. I only spent a night here, but it was enough to rest. A great view of the Italian mountains at sunset and dawn, super calm place, friendly people, good and cheap food cooked on the spot. Beware though, you need a car (preferably, a small car) to reach this spot! No buses or anything else travel to such a remote location. I loved the breakfast early morning. It is a great place to stay if you want to visit La Spezia / Cinque Terre. The main town is about 30 minutes away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, the simplicity, the hospitality of the host and dinner when we arrive was everything that we can wish for. Thanks!
Cons: The breakfast was very poor, bread, butter, a croisant with tea and coffe.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice stone style of the building
Cons: WiFi doesn't work in the room, you must sit outside - next to the restaurant - to catch the signal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This can be a good spot if you love nature, calmness and would like to get know the Cinque Terre - if you have a car. We got some suggestions (I speak Italian, so there was no communication gap) The place also has a restaurant, that is romantic and convenient. And also cheap. In summary: good price-quality ratio.
Cons: The breakfast was the basic Italian one: croissant, minitoasts with jam and butter, coffee. Unfortunately I am not Italian, I need more food (and salty too) The TV was small. There is no designated parking space. There was no anti mosquito net (nor electric device) (not specially a problem of this property) : We visited a pizzeria in San Benedetto , but was a horrible idea. (not of this property) The parking in La Spezia is a mess, and Cinque Terre is massively overcrowded even in off-season weekdays.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: awesome place, loved it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room looked nice and the host was professional.
Cons: There was not mosquito net on the window.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The locanda is a renovated beautiful old school and the entire village is medieval. Well worth a visit! The restaurant was simple but decent. Our dog was also allowed in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only thing that was slightly difficult was all the stairs since our dog is old and has arthritis.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location in a small village, amazing view from the window, clean room
Cons: Wi-fi not properly, not a lot of choice for the breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The incredible peace of the location. Exactly in the middle of Ligurian hills. The place is clean, very cozy in a very quite area not far from La Spezia. Comfy bed. Room has all you need and working wi-fi.
Cons: Nothing in particular. Maybe breakfast could be a little bit more rich. Like some fresh fruit for example.

Pros: And honest get what you pay for. Its not the Ritz but the location is great, Its clean and the owners are on site to help out. Took us 15 mins to walk to the train station and probably 3 mins to walk to the waterfront and port area. Yes the shower is small, yes there are stairs to the accommodation but our lighting was good and the room was cheerful..
Cons: Nothing apart from other renters not returning cups to the shared area with free tea and coffee. There are stairs, located on first floor of residential building, so anyone with disabilities or lots of luggage...probably not the best accommodation for you
9.3 Excellent
Pros: clean and comfortable, owner very nice and helpful
Cons: location good but noisy

Pros: Everything was perfect. The owner helped us a lot and gave us great tips and points to cinque terre, and porto venere. Very good base location for Cinque T., also very nice city. Would recommend to anyone!

7.5 Good
Pros: Location was awesome. Very central.
Cons: Bathroom too small. Only 1 pillow per person.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent about 10 min walk from the train station and right in the heart of the pedestrian zone with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel restaurant and breakfast area was absolutely adorable in the garden. The room was immaculate and the shower was large and had excellent water pressure.
Cons: As expected, the room was on the small side and there is no outdoor area. Since it was exceptionally hot while we were there, we didn't even want to open the windows in case more hot air or sunlight would warm up the room further.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast and cleanliness
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast terrace( average breakfast though)
Cons: Not so comfy bed, not enough proper towels.Bathroom could have been better: it looked like an old 1999 hotel ( the room itself had a dated setup )
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is quite central, surrounded by restaurants and caffés. The room was spacy and very clean, bathroom too. Furniture of the room is on the old side, but bed was comfortable. Parking spots (3) are in front of the hotel. Staff was really friendly.
Cons: Selection of the salty meals at breakfast was quite poor. The wifi did not work at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, room, location, wifi and breakfast buffet were excellent. The hotel is situated in a historic building. The room size and all other accomodations are specfic to the architecture of the structure. In my opinion they have created a wonderful hotel. The room size is comfortable, clean and quite adequate. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh and delicious food and coffee. The breakfast garden is idyllic and charming. If you travel often in Europe and have a general idea of hotels housed in buildings over 100 years old, you would rate this gem as a 5 star.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Great bar and breakfast good. Staff in bar lovely

Pros: Clause to the railway station if this is what you need.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: 50m from train station. We had very heavy bags, so we were pleased we chose to stay in La Spezia instead of Cinque Terre as it would have been a nightmare going up those STEEP hills. But if you travelling light def stay in one of the 5 villages. There are trains going regularly from La Spezia to the five villages so staying there is an easy option. Bed in hotel comfy.
Cons: Breakfast is quite basic. The hotel could definitely improve on this.

Cons: Room & bathroom was a bit small but served its purpose, & comfortable

7.5 Good
Pros: Several staff members were very friendly, others not so much. Housekeeping was excellent. Location was excellent in proximity to the train station for those visiting Cinque Terra. Hotel is undergoing much-needed renovations to the lobby restaurant etc. Construction begins before 9 AM and it’s loud.
Cons: Breakfast is fair at best. Lobby and hotel feels old and only the deluxe rooms have been modernized. One elevator which is ancient, tiny and very slow.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was good. Nothing super fancy but everything you need.
Cons: I preferred more fresh items such as tomato & cucumbers. Also I expected better cheese options being in Italy.

Pros: Clean , nice bed, atmosphere and nice location. Great city for shopping Eating and drinks and transit to Cinque Terre and trips from Harbour ( 20 min walk)
Cons: Expensive breakfast. Biggest problem is lack of parking. Be aware it is very difficult to park in La Spezia streets every lot is full and you pay from 8-8 pm. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff coperative
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean and staff were fantastic
6.8 Good
Pros: New large modern-style hotel. Very clean, cool design, nice stuff. Great location! Close to the Station and the city center.
Cons: There were several fire alarms installed in the room that were flashing bright green lights throughout day and night. We found it very disturbing during the night when we were sleeping. Also the rooms are very loud, in terms of constant noises coming from the vent, the air conditioner and the minibar. It was really unpleasant. Finally, they have strange (in my personal opinion) conditioning system. When we turned off the air-conditioner it was still blowing cold air. We had to call the reception and they turned it off from their computer. It was OK. But we couldn’t turn it on the next day as it was blocked by the stuff, so we had to contact the reception each time to turn it on/off. Also, a tip for fellow tourists - in case it rains have your own umbrella ready as the hotel font have any to lend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Poet was modern, impressively appointed and we found the staff to be very helpful and breakfast was one of the best on our trip.
