We liked the fact that we had access to a courtyard. The staff were always helpful and we were provided with a very good breakfast.
Housing a rental car at a charge of 18 euros per day is excessive.

They had a garage for the car for a daily fee, but worth it.
The street it's on is very busy and noisy with cars, buses, scooters so I would request rooms in the back of hotel.

Nice and helpful staff at the breakfast room. Not so far away from the city center and port.
Tualette leaking (fixed after warning), almost empty room and very small bathroom, car park 18 euros while the street was free for the whole night. It wasn't value for money.

Staff was helpful. All spoke English. Hotel was a reasonable walking distance to the train station. Good launching point for Cinque Terra.
