Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring La Spezia and nearby attractions. The service and hospitality from the staff and hosts received high marks for friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness, with many guests feeling welcomed and well cared for. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews highlighting spotless rooms and bathrooms, though a few noted minor issues. Breakfast was often described as tasty and varied, served with care, though some guests wished for more variety or a buffet option. Comfortable beds and practical room amenities also contributed to positive experiences. Some guests mentioned challenges with parking, minor maintenance issues, or aspects of the vintage decor not to their taste, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
