Some of the staff is not really meeting the hotel standards Incredibly poor internet connection (very low speed and extremely poor connection) First time when in Austria I had to beg for cold drinks!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, by the lake Wörthersee. You can enter the water directly (and it is not cold), or with a boat or with buoys. They even have some to lend. Breakfast is definitely a plus, it is delicious. Pet and kid friendly.
The rooms lack ventilators (I am not even talking about ACs)... we asked for one in reception, but the reply was not very hopeful. I know the heat of summer just lasts a few weeks, but that is exactly why most people go to the lake in the first place. Restaurant has limited functionalities in the evening.
