Pros:The room was decent, bed was reasonably comfortable.
Cons:There was a hair on one of the pillows which wasn't mine. The entire second floor hallway smells nauseatingly like dirty feet (luckily the room itself was ok). There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only soap. Low water pressure in the shower. Both times I went to the front desk, I had to wait for the clerk to get back from a smoking break.

Cons:My room was filthy - dead bugs and other filth on bathroom sink counter; hair on “clean” towels; bath tub was dirty; sheets were gray/brown, but supposed to be white; hair on pillow case; room temp was at least 80 degrees and could not be adjusted; entire hotel, including room, reeked of stale cigarette smoke; and, staff seemed irked at having to do their jobs, preferring instead to talk to each other or on their phones.

Cons:Heat was broken - permanently on - had to leave window open to make room temperature below 80. Paid for wi-fi that didn’t work with any consistency. Front desk called at 8:00am (while I was still sleeping) to ask if I wanted room cleaned that day.

Pros:Close to turnpike and stores.
Cons:Not enough staff. I waited 7 minutes to check in. When I had to check out there was nobody at the desk at all, just a sign saying the clerk was away assisting a customer. I was going to be late to my meeting so I just left my room key and called later to check out over the phone. 4 floors, over 30 rooms per floor, and only ONE ELEVATOR. You will be waiting a long time to get on the elevator. only one ice machine, and it's on the first floor. No fridge in room. No microwave in room. Microwave is on first floor. If all you need is a bed to sleep in, then this would be fine. But if all you needed was a bed to sleep in, you wouldn't pay as much as they charge for a room. Over-priced for what you get.
