Kayak/Expedia messed up our reservation and the motel actually had no vacancies, which we did y know until we got there at 11pm. This rating reflects the terrible service of Kayak/Expedia - not the Northern Family Motel. I would recommend calling them, not using the Internet to make a reservation! Very friendly and helpful people, clean accommodations!
