Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms to be spacious, with amenities like kitchenettes. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty bathrooms, unclean bedding, and overall lack of housekeeping. Service was also criticized, with reports of rude staff, slow check-in, and unhelpful responses to issues. Breakfast was widely considered inadequate, consisting mostly of packaged items and lacking variety. While a few guests mentioned positive experiences with staff or the ability to cook in-room, the negatives regarding cleanliness, service, and breakfast were dominant.AI-generated from customer reviews
