Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's service, highlighting the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff in various areas including restaurants and reception. However, many reviews point out issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas, as well as outdated or poorly maintained facilities. Amenities such as the pool, restaurants, and entertainment receive mixed feedback, with several guests mentioning restrictions, lack of variety, or ongoing construction affecting their experience. Food quality is generally considered good, but there are complaints about repetitive options and limited access to restaurants. Overall, while the staff's service stands out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and food variety.

Been to the Melia 6 times over 10 years and it just looks old. The rooms need updating and food was ok at best.
