Pros (+) Service At el Pilon restaurant was great
Cons (-) No hotwater, rooms were not maintained properly. A/C was leaking all over floor..called customer care 3 times and noone Came to fix the problem..bathtub over flow do to clogg.. rooms in poor condition. Staff seem not to care much when reporting issue. Would not recommend this resort.

Pros (+) We loved the entertainment team, the service was amazing. Everyone was respectful and they made us feel at home. The shows they had every night were amazing, and very professional.
Cons (-) There wasn't wifi everywhere, and the wifi in the lobby wasn't great. It limits is from contacting our family outside of the resort.
