Pros (+) The concellation was that they had rooms at another hotel in their group with better views but no spa and poor breakfast the Athermi suites!
Cons (-) We had carefully picked the arts Hotel because of the. Room specifications and spa but had no choice other than to accept this potentially inferior alternative as we had already paid in full and my fiancé worked for a credit card company long enough to know that we could not charge back what had been painif an alternative was given how ever inferior it was
