Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Old Quebec and nearby attractions. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying the quality and convenience. However, many reviews noted negative aspects such as small room sizes, cleanliness issues, and poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff and limited reception hours. Some guests also mentioned outdated facilities and lack of elevators, making accessibility difficult. Overall, while the location and breakfast were appreciated, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room comfort.
