Overall, guest reviews for this hotel are predominantly negative. Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Service was also a frequent issue, with reports of unfriendly staff, lack of response, and unprofessional behavior.
