Pros (+) Very comfortable room, very nice bed and bedding, liked the little sofa and seating area. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice lobby with cafe.
Cons (-) My room had a bit of a funky smell when I checked in, and the ironing board cover was very thin (ended up ironing a grid-pattern into my dress accidentally from the metal grid of the board). Solved by putting a towel over the board and ironing on top of that, which I wish I'd initially done.
Pros (+) Ontario mills mall is 5min at the distance. Many restaurants nearby

Pros (+) Location is convenient and was family friendly. Easy to not leave the are, a lot to do in walking distance. Jasmine at the cafe was amazing and friendly...wish I could say that about the rest of the staff.
Cons (-) I can't say our stay was terrible but there were a couple of incidents and it seemed as though the staff didn't address them in order to provide great or good customer service. Example: fire alarms went off (false alarm) I wasn't sure where it was coming from if it was false or not. None of the guests seemed to have any idea.
