Pros (+) Great hotel. All of the staff is excellent. Leo and the customer service staff are fantastic. They work hard to enthusiastically accommodate any request. The restaurant is great too, especially the complimentary breakfast. Stan at the restaurant in the mornings is fantastic. Definitely will be back at the Shade when in the area.
