“Room wasn't properly cleaned upon check-in, there was a roach crawling under the pillow & we had to switch rooms, there weren't any bugs in the next room, but it wasn't properly cleaned, in the morning, The housekeeper Ms Pam came in, we expressed our concerns & she cleaned our room thoroughly! She has an amazing personality, very welcoming, the lady who checked us in had great customer service”
