Everything but the check in staff
The check in staff could be better aware of there customers. I waited forever to check in because there were talking and laughing which is fine. But i found it rude when they ignored me and then rushed me in. They seemed very annoyed that they have to work. It is work so atleast act like its a job you enjoy
Close off the freeway. Long walk from parking lot.
So many “special” parking places that the walk to the lobby was not convenient. The advertised price of the room was more than twice that with the fees, taxes and hold on the secure deposit. Very disappointing. Felt bamboozled by the internet advertising.
GSR was awesome in every-way from the front dest of checking in to the staff throughout resort. Room was beautiful, bonus points with the wife, and we both loved the bed. We stay at the GSR during our visit to Reno.
Price and very nice4+
Front desk gal had an attitude. Didn’t ruin my stay. Facility was great.
Very clean and comfortable.
The lady who checked us in wrote down the wrong room number. We we're late to Tenacious D because we had to find our room.
