Many appreciated the proximity to restaurants and the port, as well as the opportunity to arrange local tours. However, service was frequently criticized, with several reviews mentioning unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Cleanliness issues such as old rooms, rust, and maintenance problems were also noted.
