Pros (+) I stayed in king suite with spa. I like the room size and the room location
Cons (-) Spa didn’t work. False advertising. Online, I paid for a king suite with spa. When I get to hotel to check in they informed me that the spa didn’t work. Also, They didn’t give me extra pillows like I asked for.
