Great For a Solo Trip
Small but clean and comfortable room.
The bed could have been better
The evening staff were terrific and very helpful. Very friendly.
The person who was there in the morning spoke no English which made the checkout very difficult, especially because we were rushed by a flight change. Not a big deal, but if the shower curtain was a little longer the water wouldn't get on the floor when showering.
The hotel is situated very good ,near metro station.
I am sorry ,but there was nothing that we liked :( The rooms were very small ,dirty and noisy ! Also cold ,without any good TV .Bathroom full of water after we take a shower!! Bad ,bad ,Bad!!
Basic rooms for relatively high price. The hotel doesn't accept credit cards.
Good personnel. Great location. Vault in room.
It is in a very good location. close to the station
very small rooms and very basic breakfast
Location, free WI-FI, friendly & helpful staff, small boutique hotel
Cheap Quality of Breakfast food/beverage and safe too small to put notebook computer in.
Location, external looks are deceptive. If you are not brave enough to practice your Italian the staff are most willing to speak English
No, everything was faultless. Perfect location in the middle of Rome. Metro very close, all facilities very close.
Location to Termini and the city sights and it is in the process of being renovated to what eventually will be a nice standard.
The extra charge of 10 euro per day for aircon was a surprise as we did not see that in the small print!!! The shower leaked right thru into the main room it was a terrible design!
The room was very clean
I expected tea and coffee making facilities, but there were none. The builders moved in the morning after our arrival and were very noisy. We were given three keys, but were not told which one was for which door which caused a problem. The hotel's front door was locked in the evening and we weren't told how to enter. (Maybe it's like that throughout Rome)
The Hotel is perfect for a trip to rome. Its easy accessible from the terminin station and trust me all the sight-seeing location are well in walkable distance. The hotel is right for the price we paid.
The location was great, just a few minutes from the train station. It was off the main street so nice and quiet for sleeping at night or even naps during the day. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are very comfortable and modern.
The only thing we didn't like was the shower was very small and without a curtain so water was everywhere on the floor.
