The owner made every effort to help us around town. She gave us a warm welcome and useful information sheets for travel around Rome as well as recommended restaurants. I really liked having a computer in the room.

The business model is different than I expected. It is self-service concept. The owner meets you upon arrival and is available via telephone. The website says ‘light breakfast’. This means a coffee machine in your room and packaged croissants. I would prefer a simple breakfast bar and proper coffee outside of our room. Although the staff did leave us fresh bread late morning which we ate as a snack in the evening.

Independence. The feel like living in your own apartment. Newly renovated. Quite. Free internet in room (computer screen, keyboard etc provided!!!).Close to 3 metro stops within 7 min.(Termini, Reppublica, Castro Pretorio). Super market at the end of the road.Anything you need.It is a B&B common in Rome, Spacious room. Bathroom with shower facilities.If you need any help ask Katia or Sambrina. More than happy to assist. They even printed my voucher to musei vaticani which booked from the in room computer. Big satelite TV screen. Mini bar.We were very satisfied -if you like this kind of accommodation highly recommended.They will open one more in the near future!

The breakfast is simple but acceptable. (fruit, yogurt,marmelade, nutella, croissant, butter, a coffee machine for espresso-variety of tastes-,cappucino upon request, orange juice.)If you need more variety, you can always buy anything from the SuperMarket at piazza independenza(open 7 days a week ).It is not a negative comment as all B&B in Rome provide this kind of breakfast. The elevator, is safe but old.

A 4* room (in facilities) with a budget price, not for everybody (no reception desk, no 24 hours staff), a different kind of hotel for those who don't need traditional personal attentions but a high standard room in a very quite Roman neighborhood and close to the main transportation hub in the city

Sabrina and Katia had provided information on good restaurants, shopping, transport. All restaurants we tried from the list were great. They even went the extra mile and printed and delivered our boarding passes for on-line check in. We will be recommending them to friends.

As Australians we like our cereal for breakfast and really missed it. There was plenty of food provided however we would have loved the cereal option.

I really liked the owners. They were very helpful and really interested in making our stay great. And so friendly! location was good, only a short walk from rebbilica metro station and termini not far. I found the location great to access all the main attractions. The decor in the room is really nice and modern with huge television with heaps of channels and sky tv with a button that changes the movies back to their english language which is great. Also theres an expresso machine in the room.Not unlimited coffee for free now as stated in other reviews only one each. Also free internet in the room was really helpful and convienient. They let us leave our bags downstairs for whole day when we departed which was great too.

Wasnt great to get to the room and it wasnt clean yet. this was due to the fact I think that check in is avail from 11am and check out is also avail from 11am! Therefore I feel check out 10am and checkin at 11 or 12 might avoid this. also the breakfast was included which is great but it is in your room already therefore croissant in packet. fresh be nice really as it didnt taste that great and too sweet, be nice if they included cheese for a continental breakfast. But I definately would go back, was a great stay.
