My room was literally never cleaned. Not when I first checked in, and not when I requested the room to be cleaned the next day while I was out. There was a huge patch of mold growing in the carpet at one corner of the room. Super gross! I was double-charged for the room and have yet to get a refund back 1 month later. I will never stay here ever again!!!

Cons (-) More options for the grab-go breakfast, working vending machines and we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working.
