Pros (+) Very clean, staff at the desk were nice. The location is great, there are good restaurant's in the area and of course easy access to the ferry docks. They do have coupons for the Mackinac ferries, we had to ask however if they offered any.
Cons (-) We booked a room and it was in the basement of the building, it was decorated as all the other areas were but to me it has a somewhat claustrophobic feel about it. The most significant problem was, at check out we received our zero balance bill however we were BILLED AGAIN a full night we discovered upon bank statement review. Pros (+) Beds were very comfortable. Great view. Very nice staff.
Cons (-) Indoor pool was not heated. A major reason we booked this hotel was for the pool for our very small daughter, but she was unable to enjoy it because it was way too cold! I will never stay there or recommend it because of this reason.
