Cons: Nothing
5.1 Okay
Pros: Service and crew were excellent Room was very nice
Cons: Poor public facilities Mattress too soft Pool water temperature too low It’s not a 1,000 euro per night Paris hotel - poor value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing. Always willing to help. Facilities within the room amazing. Felt very luxury. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stress free Luxury break. Thanks
Cons: Only negative could be the price is a little expensive in the restaurant. Food options were minimal which made us go out to eat. However being such a luxury top end hotel I wouldn’t expect any less on the pricing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the cleanliness, room comfort and location. Would definitely go back
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great from room, bathroom and amenities perspective.
Cons: There was no coffee machine in the room which was disappointing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous spa and pool for a city hotel - we were the only ones there and it was bliss! The staff were magnificent - everyone from the concierge Mohammad to each doorman and receptionist. The location was amazing. Right by the underground and plenty of lovely restaurants and shops on the street. The room was super comfortable and stylish. Ask for a coffee machine or a kettle if you’d like one. I also stayed with a young child and they made us feel so welcome, with a child sized dressing gown and welcome treats and presents. It’s an expensive hotel but well worth the price if it’s a special occasion / it fits your budget.
Cons: Room service food was okay but I’d say explore the area.

Pros: Staff. Location.
Cons: Noisy outside. Tablet had issues working constantly.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The staff apologized after the incident. The room was clean and modern.
Cons: The hotel reception randomly gave a weird guy in the lobby the room number of my wife and asked if he could come upstairs visit her. This is the most disgusting experience by far I had by a place like this. Discretion doesn't seem to be values there and I can not recommend the Hotel if privacy is important to you as it is for us.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, ambience and staff
Cons: The rooms were very small and for a superior room the bed was tiny. Not enough complimentary products for the price we paid and for a 5star hotel.

Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was full of life with lots of travelers checking in and out. Food variety in the hotel restaurant was good. Self checking in and out was something good and cool and thanks for the support in the process and for the advise of best room view. Room was really cool with attention to details, whatever you want as a traveller will be available in place. A very amazing view to the walkway spotting the aircrafts taxing, takeoff and landing. Very nice words and quotes all around the room and hotel.

Pros: Location and the staff were very nice
Cons: I think the room we stayed in was very nice but could do with a little extra work on it to make it better there was I mark on the carpet near the bed and the shower screen was a little warn not what you would expect for the price but saying that it was a very nice hotel
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. The room was well appointed and charming. I loved that the windows open to a gorgeous view. The bed was also super cozy (we had to specially request a King - FYI)
Cons: Water pressure was low. Only one sink in our bath. Elevator is tiny - but also part of the charm.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Service at check in and the restaurant was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient.
Cons: I made the mistake of leaving a large amount of cash in my backpack and found over €1000 was missing when I came back in the evening, and the room hadn't even been fully cleaned. At least they were nice enough to leave some of my cash (probably with the hope I wouldn't count it and notice), but didn't bother to re-pack my bag which led me to be suspicious. I've been traveling for 20 years and stayed in 100s of hotels (both luxury and low cost) and never had anything taken, so was very disappointed to have it happen for the first time here. When I notified the front desk they laughed and pointed out that they're not responsible for valuables left in the room and that I should have known better. In their favor, the general manager did respond to my email apologizing and said he will look into it. I will not be staying in San Regis ever again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and helpful staff perfect location (for champs-elysee and av. Montaigne) Clean rooms and nice properties (Refreshment of the room) I have told about my purpose of visit and there was a gift for us, very kind of them. Thanks
Cons: connected room small room size May be better breakfast

Pros: Never mind any negative reviews about managment and staff. They were all wonderful and those were most likely from the type of people you can never please.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: classy hotel, nice wellness, friendly staff, nice room
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: It was super clean which I enjoyed as I’ve had bad experiences before with unclean hotels.
Cons: The checkout staff was a bit rude as we were questioning why we had to pay the tourist city tax and his response was: you have to. Well €11 isn’t something I wasn’t going to pay but it’s always good to know what you’re paying for with a good explanation.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is spot on! The Metro was only a 5/10min walk away and the area felt nice and safe. The staff were amazing, super helpful and let us leave our luggage on the last day for a bit so we could explore more of the city. The room looked exactly like the pictures and although a little small it is well designed and the bed was super comfy! I'm sad we never got to try the breakfast, but maybe next time as we will as we will definitely return here :)
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very closed to all attraction, bus is right outside.
Cons: Love to stay again!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time I've stayed at this lovely small (ish) hotel - I love the location, just by the Sorbonne, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Cons: Just that the hotel is expensive for what it actually offers - but it is Paris!
5.1 Okay
Pros: The staff was helpful when I had questions.
Cons: Although helpful, I still came away with feeling they wanted to separate guests from their money as quickly as possibly. They were not warm and did not exhibit the hospitality I come to expect from today's hotels. Two examples: On checking in, I specifically asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. Although the relatively room was quiet it was next to the elevator. Unfortunately, because of my jet lag, I didn't realized this until I'd occupied the room. Why would the check-in clerk not consider my request? The second day, leaving the breakfast area I saw a huge cockaroach. I took a picture and sent it to the hotel by email to be discrete about it. They thanked me for the information and said they'd take care of it. When I checked out a bit later in the morning, the clerk told me an exterminator would be there in half an hour. Great for them. But never once did they say they express any need to be forgiven for having a dirty place. They didn't even comp me for the unpleasant experience. I just don't get it. If you want to sell yourselves as a four star establishment you can't just be superficial about it. You have to deliver through and through which is consider this place to be a wanna be four star. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for authentic hospitality and superior service. By way of comparison, I was in Paris 2 years ago and stayed in a two star hotel in the same area and found the service to be of much higher quality. Next visit, I'll go back to them.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location room very clean bed very comfy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a great location and the lobby and other public facilities were beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We also liked that there were several restaurants all within the same square as the hotel.
Cons: The rooms were tiny and the bathroom made me feel a bit claustrophobic. Also, the Internet only worked during the day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel at a great location and very easy to reach.
Cons: Access to our floor was only possible with a tiny elevator. With luggage hardly any room for 2 people. There were (winding) stairs, but they were very narrow and steep. Virtually impossible to climb or descend them with luggage!

7.9 Good
Pros: Free mini bar Use of hotel group's facilities
Cons: Main road location was noisy Heating and ventilation poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This property exceeded my expectations. It is a small hotel with a 5 star service! The room was super clean and the staff very hospitable. They are quite generous with the complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar ( 2 bottles of Evian, 1 bottle of sparkling water, 2 cans of Pepsi and a bottle of orange juice...refilled daily by the way) and the snacks/beverages in the bar from 2 pm. I hope they keep it up!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are so happy to have chosen this hotel and feel very lucky to have done so! The staff was very kind and heplful at all times. The room (Superior Double) was so lovely and suited us perfectly (big enough and no noise from the next rooms or outside, always hot water in the shower, two bathrobes and slippers, free drinks at the minibar). The breakfast was perfect to start a wonderful day in the most romantic city in the world. We highly recomend this hotel and will definitely go back ❤
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was great but for a dog that was barking loudly in the yard from 6 in the morning without any stop till 6.30. Every morning. It was a nightmare.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is delicious and was the perfect start to my days. The whole hotel is gorgeous with friendly staff and close to everything including the Metro. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️
Cons: Nothing really. My room had no view whatsoever but it had beautiful light.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location with an outstanding staff. As another reviewer noted, Giorgio at the front desk is polite and cheerful, in a quiet sort of way, and very helpful and attentive. This hotel Our only complaint is that is a top choice for someone wanting to spend several days exploring - - either on foot, by Metro, or by car - - the sights of Paris.
Cons: Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff had to be asked to replenish bath soap and shower gel.

Pros: Great location lovely hotel friendly helpful staff

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness, staff courtesy, boutique hotel feel

6.7 Good
Pros: It was a very average stay. Would have liked more.
Cons: The hotel did not feel like a 5star hotel. Even though the staff were very kind the breakfast really needed improvement with their service the food and their timing. Also at checkout after payment I asked the lady in the front to have my receipt print it out so when I come back it's ready she didnt n I never got the actual receipt cause there was no time to sort it out.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff friendliness. Relaxed modern decor style.
Cons: Not enough evidence of sustainability initiatives in the public realm and what you are doing back of house too. We all want to participate. We would like in room coffee tea facilities.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: A very interesting business concept—somewhat hip/edgy, extremely functional room layout & design in tight quarters (for a double bed, one party has to crawl over the other to reach the other parts of the room), and very automated (raising/lowering day and night screening for the window, lighting levels, etc. all done using an iPad with a customized app). Breakfast & helpfulness of staff were excellent. Not much in the way of room cleanup between the nights we stayed there, but that may be something one has to specifically request.
Cons: See above on room straightening & cleanup.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location to CDG airport and shuttle to airport.
Cons: Room had to be changed as there was no hot water in room. Thought upgrade would have been given due to inconvenience of having to change rooms at 10 PM. Breakfast selection good. Eggs cold, croissants obviously packaged.

Pros: We are very much satisfied
Cons: really good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to from the airport. Clean modern room and bathroom.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: No computer/ printer to print out boarding pass
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean, easy accessible and comfortable.
6.7 Good
Cons: It was badly signposted from the airport and we went up to get a bus transfer and then saw a very small sign to say that we should have gone down to get a train to the hotel. It was about 400 yards from the station which seemed a lot further as it was raining.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very easy to get to from the CDGVAL. Plenty of helpful signs. The room was a decent size and the shower was great! Pizza was good and so was the wine.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good place to stay around airport
Cons: A bottle of water would be good
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: However, room is bare minimal. For the price we are paying, it is not really value for money. Dinner buffet is charged at a high price with minimal varieties. It is not we are expecting of a decent buffet spread. This is bad impression for most guests and their friends. Please increase the menu varieties.

Pros: Conveniently located. Modern, Clean.
Cons: Price
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location for an early morning flight.
Cons: Our room had a buzzing noise which caused us to not sleep well. The restaurant was understaffed and that caused some issues with our meal. My room requests weren’t taken into consideration so I had to spend time trying to get a better room which turned out to be problematic because of the noise in the room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast at the hotel was AMAZING. I wish we could have lingered longer to enjoy all of the delicious food. I still fondly remember that breakfast. The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel really does think of pretty much everything people will need during their stay at CDG.
Cons: Nothing.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant downstairs. Very helpful staff, accommodated our special needs. Watched urban beekeepers from the window. Excellent proximity to airport and SNCF trains without noise or crowds.
Cons: Staff in restaurant were a bit overly friendly with our kids, making us uncomfortable. Perhaps asking for a hug from children you just met seconds before is culturally ok there but it seemed a violation of privacy to us.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good localization and that's all.
Cons: Almost everything. I booked room for my colleague and he was really disappointed. The whole hotel was dirty, including his room. Monotonous breakfast, the same things every day. What is more, the hotel doesn't answear on my e-mails. I don't know why and don't understand, why they don't want to send me an invoice for a stay...
7.5 Good
Pros: Very close to metro station and many supermarkets and shops, the room was clean, internet connection in the room was bad but in the lobby it was very good..
Cons: If you are traveling by car, the area is very crowded as usual in Paris, the view from the room balcony is on the back which is very bad..
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed
Cons: Small shower doors, no slippers and bathrobes
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast okay, with yoghurts, breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, eggs. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms were not very well sound isolated. I could hear my neighbour's conversations. One time I thought my shower was dripping, but the sound came from upstairs. One day I left the Do Not Disturb sign on my door but they still cleaned my room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Mini-Chiller, range of French TV channels, mini-kettle, located in the ideal area of Paris to meet true Parisians, local cuisine in the street market, gym and much, much more!!!
Cons: Staff could have been more conversational, especially the receptionist - typically the chattiest person as well as face of the whole organisation

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and big room. Good bed and shower. Close to metro and parking.
Cons: Staff was not friendly . Bad organisation.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The style was very nice. The mattress was the best part of the room.
Cons: VERY HARD TO FIND. The address via iPhone sent us and our driver to a Korean hotel down the street. The owner of that hotel was kind and told us where to go- which tells me this happens a lot. The room booking said it had air conditioning, but ours didn’t work and no one cared to fix it for three days we were there. The balcony was gross and only had one chair. VERY LOUD STREET. Very far from metro links. Far from everything. Dirty floors.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: That was the best breakfast I have had anywhere
Cons: shower very small, bed a little hard, but I wanted to buy the pillows
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Reception staff were very helpful, and a minor problem with the heating in our room was quickly and efficiently sorted. There was a very good selection of items for breakfast, including hot food, and the drinks/snacks available from the machines in the foyer were not expensive. It was easy to reach a couple of nearby restaurants, and it was not far to walk to the Puces de Saint-Ouen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service and room quality
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was clean enough. The difference between the photos and reality is not so big.
Cons: I think that the hotel was a hospital before.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The aircon wasn’t great and the window in the room had no handle so we couldn’t open it so the room was very warm.
