offensive language
It smelled throughout the hotel. Mainly old stale odours. The paint scheme was funerial and oppressive. It did nothing for the beauty of the building - I think you are missing a trick here..

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning was also very welcome!
The restaurant was poor - we had salmon which was not cooked properly and there were no apologies offered. Also rooms did not have hair driers / irons although they were available from reception.

Come to discover 50 elegant rooms, very well renovated, in this XIX century classified monument where old and contemporary are harmoniously combined. All rooms have cable flat screen TV, and free wifi acccess. The restaurant ATRIUM proposes every day a high traditional cooking to enjoy in an exceptional framework, formulas of the day starting from 11.90. The Htel du Parc has its own Casino. The therms of Salies de Barn are just nearby (50 meters), the golf course less than 2 km. Parking 300 free places.

“Staff all friendly and helpful. Didn't expect to eat in the restaurant but as a lot of places in Salies de Bearn are closed on a Monday , we ate there and it was excellent. Also free parking opposite the hotel is a bonus. Also two parks on either side is very useful when you have a dog with you. Also perfect location for the town.”
