The pool area is a bit crowded with all the sun beds in rows.
Service and food good
The pubs across from hotels too noisy all night a couple not very good
I liked the location of the hotel.
The rooms could have been a little bigger and the entertainment better
The rooms were really nice, two double beds, big shower, massive mirrors, spacious balcony, plenty of wardrobe space! The two male receptionists were an absolute delight. Mostly dealt with one (I think his name is Thomas or something along the lines, but I could be wrong) and he couldn’t do enough for us. He Accommodated our early arrival, answered all my questions and was just generally a really nice person to check in with! Andrea at the food hall reception was incredibly sweet aswell, and the male waiter with the glasses (we didn’t catch his name) They were really kind and pleasant to deal with! The life guard was so nice too, she always had a smile! There was always loads of sun beds free no matter what time you went to the pool, which was great! Location was good, we were facing the Dan murphs pub which was kinda loud till late but once the balcony door was closed we didn’t really hear much so it was never an issue for us. Close to beach and the strip, it was so ideal :) We went full board and it was good not to have to worry about keeping money for meals for 10 days unless we wanted to break it up and go out :) the themes were nice (Spanish, Asian, Mexican, ethnic, gala, Mediterranean, mussels special) it was fun to have a new theme every evening :) the gala night is so fun, you get roses with dinner and everything so special :) Overall it was a great stay, it’s our second time coming back and we would deffo come back again. It’s a beautiful hotel and a great location and we had the best time :)
We felt the female receptionists weren’t as friendly as the males. I asked for late check out the day before we checked out and the blonde receptionist said no as soon as I asked, didn’t even look at the computer or books, just flat out no. I work in a hotel myself and even if I know we’re full, I would still go look at the computer just to be polite. When I came down later and asked Thomas instead (thought they might have got a cancellation or could do something else) he actually went to the computer, asked my room number, and genuinely looked and when he said they were full and Late check out wasn’t available, he offered us alternatives like luggage storage, shower room etc. Really helpful! Also doesn’t state anywhere in English on the tv in reception where the late check out prices are displayed that they won’t offer late check out if the hotel is full, so that’s something I wish I knew, Cos we booked a late flight home hoping we could avail of late check out, even just to 2pm The housekeepers sometimes got to our room really late, like it would be nearly lunch time before they’d get to us to do our stay-over, maybe that’s the norm over there for housekeeping so idk if it’s a negative to be honest haha, just an observation :) I felt the food wasn’t as greatly varied as it was on our last visit. Felt a bit repetitive and my boyfriend (who is Russian) felt the food was kinda suited to their tastes more so. (Smelly cheeses, weird fish, unusual salad veg etc) but there was always burgers and pasta and pizza and normal salad veg (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, peppers etc) at dinner no matter what the theme so that was good, but just got a bit repetitive to eat if you don’t like that other stuff, but it was still nice.
Small rooms, they gave us room for 3 people that hardly enough for 2 people. Rude and very slow reception
