Pros (+) Rooms are very clean. Pleasant stay overall.
Cons (-) Much confusion on how to pay. I booked the hotel on kayak and hotel staff had a very hard time figuring out how to check me in. They ended up charging me twice, but upon checkout the lady took my email and told me she would fix the issue. She did fix the issue and emailed me a corrected invoice. We also had an issue with no free breakfast or coffee.
