Cons (-) Hot breakfast not included at the room price I paid. Guess I didn't read the fine print. Restaurant staff very friendly and the hot breakfast we decided to spring for was very good.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away.
Cons (-) A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.

Pros (+) Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness.
Cons (-) Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
