Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near San Gimignano, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the pleasant pool area with beautiful views. However, many guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small and sometimes uncomfortable, with occasional complaints about outdated amenities and minor maintenance issues. Service is generally described as friendly, though a few guests reported negative experiences with staff. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting and amenities, but room size and some facilities could be improved.
