Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of the breakfast, with many also noting the spaciousness of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms and maintenance problems. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others experiencing delays or unresponsiveness. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and service could enhance the guest experience.

Poor
Rebecca, Oct 2017
Pros (+) Staff were kind, friendly and polite in limited interactions.
Cons (-) Room and hallways were way overdue for refresh - mold, dust, dirt, broken furniture, you name it. Absolutely horrible, I would have left before sleeping or showering there if I could have. Smell was unspeakable and humidity (in a non humid climate!) was not controlled at all leading to the mold, bad smells, etc

Cons (-) $7 for the parking? You're not the Ritz, you're a motel.

Pros (+) David the dining room greeter was so pleasant, friendly and cheerful. Most people don't even notice him, but I think he is doing a great job.

Pros (+) Hotel staff was nice. The food selection was good . Bed was comfy and room was clean.
Cons (-) Asked for our bed to be made while we were out, but all the housekeeper did was put a pile of towels on the couch. We had to call later to ask them to make the bed. It may seem like a small matter, but don't think it's too much to ask. Nice to have a tidy room after a long day.
