The bathroom was not clean At all,actually I want a refund ,the toilet was full of people’s faeces/waste/shit.I paid R2200 for a night to go and see people’s waste in a toilet .Im totally disgusted

Food! the Spinach was sour its taste old and bread was cold and hard. We waited more than 1hr for breakfast.

Exceptional staff! Friendliest and most helpful group of people I’ve encountered. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The executive suite was stunning with stellar views and a massive clean bathroom. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet area of Sandton.
The only issues were that my wall-mounted hairdryer was broken and there was no working safe
