Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the breakfast, describing it as varied, fresh, and high-quality. The pool and wellness facilities are also frequently mentioned as highlights, with both indoor and outdoor options appreciated. Service receives mixed feedback: while many staff are described as friendly and helpful, some reviews note lapses in professionalism or attentiveness. Cleanliness is another area with divided opinions, with several guests reporting issues in rooms and public areas, though others found the hotel well-maintained. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering a pleasant stay, especially for those valuing good breakfast and spa amenities, but some guests feel it falls short of five-star standards in service and cleanliness.
