Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, with many appreciating its proximity to the beach, local attractions, and convenient access. The breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and variety. However, service is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting slow or unhelpful responses, particularly at check-in, the pool bar, and in resolving problems.
