Pros: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Pros: "Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline."

Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."
Cons: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Cons: "Paid $70 for seat with more leg room and was the exit role to main entrance. No overhead space for carry on: broken food tray holder. People stepping on my feet. And gather in your space waiting for bathrooms. Window seat had no room for feet because of closed door"

There was no flight!! This flight was non-existent and I had no cancellation info or change provided for me. I had to scramble to take trains to the next city to make my international flight.
Cons: "Tv screen didn’t work very well. ( picture was fine but the function buttons were terrible)."
Cons: "Lufthansa changed my flight last minute but was sending me updates for the old booking- it made no sense!!! Never again!"
Pros: "The incoming pilot to Nice parked at the wrong gate and apparently, once parked, it could not be moved. So the airport had to scramble buses which made the flight depart more than an hour late. We had a 50-minute layover and Lufthansa did not hold the plane. So we got home a day late."
Cons: "They could have left Nice on time, or held the plane for us in Munich."
Pros: "Kayak would not allow me to change the ticket - referred me to FlyUs. Horrible customer service. I needed to return on Sat Jun 15 not Sun Jun 16. Would not give refund (i agreed to that when buying) but would not refund the tax, which i feel legally they have to do."
Cons: "Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again for future purchases. Will go to the airlines directly. Too much red tape and horrible customer service for me to do this anymore. I fly a lot and have over 20,000 miles with Kayak, but those days are over."

Cons: "It looks like Lufthansa has decided to make business class more like "Premium Economy" with lie flat seats. 1) Food was very average with very little selection. 2) Dessert was a joke - other airlines have ice cream sundaes 3) NO HANDICAP BATHROOM. Must be illegal. FAA require Disability access by Disabilities Act. 4) Amenities kit - worst I have seen in all the airlines I have traveled. 5) Snack bar - No selection, just small chocolate, water and orange juice. Even economy planes like Jet Blue have better selection. German people are getting used to mediocrity and I am surprised. World class airline with cheap customer side product. Don't cut costs on things that customers see, touch and eat. To add to that, my mother in law is handicapped. When transferring her to the gate, they took her in a bus and did not strap the wheel chairs next to her chair. All of them fell on her - YES! THEY ALL FELL FROM A HEIGHT ON A HANDICAPPED PERSON WHO HAS ARTHRITIS AND IN PAIN ALL THE TIME. Damaged her knee joints. This is why we travel business class - and they hurt her more than if we took her our selves."

The check-in process in Athens was a complete nightmare. I did the online check-in and proceeded to drop off my baggage. I waited in line for about an hour. It was ridiculous. The line was so long that the start of the line extended well past the dividers so it was hard to tell where the line started. People were getting in the wrong line because it was hard to tell which line was which. There were 2 lines: one for people that checked in online and were just dropping off their luggage and a second for people that needed to check-in. The line for people that did not check-in online was actually FASTER. So essentially you were worse off checking-in online proving that no good deed goes unpunished. I finally got to the front off the line and got checked-in.
3-hour layover in Chicago too long. Comfortable and spacious economy seat in Chicago-Ottawa leg.
We had a connecting international flight in Toronto when we landed found out that one of our assigned seats was now on standby. Two hour line at customer service on telephone hold for over an hour without answer. The plane was very old and outdated many thing did not function properly. Business class had half the normal bin space of a modern plane by the time we boarded the only bin space available was filled with bedding and pillows for a return flight I must assume. Half of the chair functions did not work. The food was by far the worst I have been offered in forty years of flying. We tried to refund our return flights from Lisbon Portugal to Los Angeles and were offered $122 on $7000 tickets. Air Canada is by for my worst experience in international air travel I have had to date and I am dreading the trip home. Oh Air Canada may we never meet again.
Crew and travelling on time was great. Seats are not very comfortable, it feels like I always had a bump in the middle of my back. I did not appreciate the experience of being put on stand by. When I registered online 24hours before my flight, to my surprise I found out I was on stand by as my boarding pass stated SBY . Even though I purchased my flight back in October and I did board the plane as expected, the airport staff told me 15 minutes before boarding that they were overbooked and the system randomly selects client to put them on standby. No reassurance, no concern and no apologies from staff. I did not appreciate being put through this unpleasant experience and the anxiety that came along with this.

My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline"
