As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.
Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
Fortunately the departure was delayed as I had a tight connection and the incoming flight was delayed. The departure delay helped me to make my connection. Thankfully, my luggage also could be transferred in the same time. The aircraft had to be changed and the power outlet in my seat didn’t work. Again luckily as the flight was not full, I could move to a different seat where the power outlet was working.
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.
