Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location, beautiful views, and private beach, as well as the cleanliness of rooms and grounds. However, many were disappointed with the service, especially at the front desk and pool bar, describing staff as unhelpful or unfriendly. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it varied and tasty, while others thought it lacked quality for a five-star hotel. Parking was a significant issue for several guests, who struggled to find spaces and sometimes received little assistance from staff. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's setting and cleanliness were standout positives for most visitors.
