Excellent location, quiet place near the lakes, walking distance to the town center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food.

Parking is on the other side of the road, a bit far away (not ideal in cold/rainy weather) The elevators in the lobby are a bit slow, and smell funny (some sort of engine oil?) The hotel isn't cheap (but worth it), but the price of drinks is OMG level

Perfect breakfast, just average dinner. Beautiful spas. Nice ad roomy apartment. Very clean.
Ugly pool bar, which uses plastic cups for everything. Friendly staff up until they figure we are not Hungarian, then it seemed like we were bothering most of them. Paying for king bedroom with whirlpool (which is not working well) I would at least expect nicer view, than parking lot, when there is a beautiful view In the other side of the hotel. Towels and bathrobes are not up to a standard of a 5 star hotel.

Nice drinks at the bar, and very friendly bar tender, extra points to him! Breakfast was very good!
Unfortunately, the room we stayed at was not clean enough for a 5* hotel… Curtains had brown stains, and the armchairs had disgusting stains on them… it made me uncomfortable. There are two main lifts operating from the lobby, they work very slowly, and one was always out of order, wasting a lot of our time...
